'PBB: Connect' housemate 'deprived' says psychologist

Aizyl Tandugon from Misamis Oriental, a contestant on "Pinoy Big Brother (PBB): Connect" has been trending on social media for quite some time now, being nominated for eviction almost weekly.

Apparently, other housemates don't like her attitude of borrowing things.

"PBB" resident psychologist Randy Dellosa explained Aizyl's actuations as boiling down to her childhood experiences.

"Ito po ay isang deprivation complex. So dahil po hindi siya nakaranas ng mga ganito pong komportableng bagay ay siyempre ito 'yung hinahanap niya. Basta may pagkakataon maka-experience siya ng ganyan o makahingi siya ng mga bagay from ohers ay gagawin niya dahil 'yun 'yung feeling niya -- na deprived siya," Randy shared. 

"Siguro kailangan niyang matutunan rin 'yung value of being content. Dahil sa contentment hindi na siya magkakaroon ng feeling na na-deprive siya. Dahil kung ano man ang meron siya, wheather konti or marami, kontento naman siya."

In a talk with big brother, Aizyl admitted she is embarrassed also borrowing and asking things from her co-housemates but she can't help herself.

"Parang 'di ko po maiwasan na mainggit po sa kanila kasi ang dami po nilang gamit," she shared, getting emotional. "Gusto ko din makaranas ng ganu'n. Wala naman po ako masyadong gamit. Wala naman po akong pera pambili po kaya siguro nanghihiram po ako sa kanila."
