No, it is not being eaten alive by her dogs.

According to the actress-singer-noted fashionista, it is losing her husband, Chiz Escudero, who, apparently always remind her about it constantly.

Heart related, "He would tell me he would go first.... feel like crying every time he says that... I know I will one day die alone... it's my biggest fear."

Anyway, when asked if he considers him the love of her life, she replied, yes, going on to describe the droopy-eyed Governor of Sorsogon as her "destiny."

She also likes it that he is kind, supportive, and understanding.

Back to the morbid topic of death, Heart said that when the time comes she will not be scared at all, happy with all the memories she and Chiz shared.

"I also know for a fact that pandaÂ (her dog) promised me she will be there waiting for me so I won't be scared."
