Bacong Police Chief Maj. Fortunato Villafuerte reported that some witnesses said they saw the white sedan park in the area Monday night.

But when some concerned citizens looked into the car on Tuesday, they saw the victim.

Escalante was found with his head wrapped in a plastic bag, and with a gunshot wound on it.

Police found a .45-caliber slug on the driver’s side of the car.
