Suddenly, Jodi Sta. Maria goes on vacation to let go of 'heavy' things

Kapamilya star Jodi Sta. Maria packed light as she went on vacation at a farm in Lipa City in Batangas on Tuesday, Jan. 26.

"If you wish to travel light you can’t take everything with you. You have to let some things go for the reason that they are heavy. Walking freely and happily at @thefarmatsanbenito ????" said Sta. Maria on Instagram Jan. 26.

Her celebrity friends Julia Montes, Iza Calzado, and Gretchen Fullido wished her well on her vacation in the comment section of her latest post.

Sta. Maria, star of the ABS CBN series "Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin," went on vacation following reports that actress Claudine Barretto reached out to her about actor Raymart Santiago.

Reports said that Baretto got the phone number of Sta. Maria from Santiago.

Sta. Maria and Santiago are romantically linked although no one has confirmed their relationship.

Santiago and Barretto have two kids - Sabina and Santino. Sta. Maria has a son Thirdy with Panfilo Lacson Jr.

Reports said the conversation between Barretto and Sta. Maria was civil.

Barretto said that she does not want to meddle in the relationship of Santiago and Sta. Maria as long as her former husband does not neglect his responsibilities to their kids.
