Duterte appoints 26 new DoJ prosecutors

President Duterte has appointed 26 new prosecutors for the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) various offices nationwide, Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra said Saturday.

The new appointees constitute the second batch of appointments issued by the President this year.

 The first batch of 25 appointees included DoJ Undersecretary Jon Paulo Vidanes who has assumed his post.

The new appointees are Roehl Samson de Castro, deputy city prosecutor, Imus City; Reynold Bilon Villania, associate city prosecutor, Sorsogon City; Cora Leah Rosario Baccay, associate provincial prosecutor, Aurora; Joel Federia Paladan, assistant provincial prosecutor, Camarines Sur;

Liza R. Manaog-dela Cruz, assistant city prosecutor, San Pedro City; Goldie Liza Agus Cesista, assistant city prosecutor, Borongan City; Hennie Jean L. Co-Balbalan, senior assistant city prosecutor, Manila;  Reynaldo Ybanez Menchavez Jr., senior assistant provincial prosecutor, Cebu; Anna May H. Crisostomo-Ofilas, assistant city prosecutor, Malolos City;

Al Rey Igot Ouano, senior assistant provincial prosecutor, Cebu; Irene C. Manigbas-Espina, assistant city prosecutor, Tanauan City; Manuel Emilio Barbero Afiado, assistant city prosecutor, Cauayan City; Alvin Bonsol Diokno, assistant city prosecutor, Las Pinas City; Milagros C.
