Regional offices of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the DOST - Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) have forged partnerships with various groups to transfer DOST-FNRI's nutribun technology.

The DOST-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOST-CAR) has signed an agreement with the Apayao State College and DOST-CALABARZON with Sabuhin Bakery in Rosario, Batangas and the San Isidro Multipurpose Cooperative in Batangas City.Â
In Mindanao, DOST-X has six Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP) cooperators with eNutribun technology licenses and have already supplied to the Department of Education (DepEd) stakeholders and other Local Government Units (LGUs) for their feeding programs. Â
Training and webinars on the technology were also held. Last week, the DOST-FNRI conducted an online training on eNutribun production as well as Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S in the workplace.
DOST-X promoted the technology to 158 officials and representatives from the LGUs and national government agencies (NGAs) in five provinces (Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental) and nine cities (Tangub City, Oroquieta City, Ozamiz City, El Salvador City, Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City, Malaybalay City, Valencia City, and Iligan City).
A total of 790 buns produced by the Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP) cooperators in Region X were distributed to the participants.
In the CALABARZON region, Provincial Science and Technology Center (PSTC) Quezon conducted technology needs assessment (TNA) and visited three firms for possible adoption of the eNutribun technology.
It also held an online consultative meeting with the DOST-FNRI for the possible eNutribun technology adoption of the CALABARZON Food Solution Hub of Laguna State Polytechnic University (CFoSH-LSPU). The CFoSH-LSPU promised to comply with the requirements needed for them to be able to adopt the technology.
