Jomari Yllana wants custody of kids with Joy Reyes

It seems that Jomari Yllana is eager to silence ex-partner Joy Reyes, threatening her with a court case.

Joy made huge buzz on social media revealing Jomari had been remiss in sending her and their children financial support.

To bolster her claim, she published a photo of their electric bill, amounting to over P100,000.

This incensed Jomari who was quoted in an article on Pep.Ph as saying, “Very soon, I’ll file a custody case, and I’ll see you in court.”

He insisted this is not about Joy's malicious claims.

The former actor said he came to the decision as he believes the situation in Joy's house is "not healthy" for his children.

"I gave her the chance to be a mother, to be a responsible parent. So far, sablay talaga," he related. "Ako, I love my children, I want what’s best for my children."

“Meron lang akong isang anak na panganay, kuya nila na panganay, si Andre. Honestly speaking, I can say na napalaki naman namin ni Aiko (Melendez) na maayos 'yung bata. Pagdating kay Fangio at saka kay Ayrton, anak ko 'yung mga iyon, mahal na mahal ko 'yung mga yun. Ipaglalaban ko 'yang mga 'yan," he added.

As such, he vowed: "Itaga mo sa bato. Hindi ako titigil hanggang 'yung custody ng anak ko ay hindi napupunta sa akin.”
