NBA superstar LeBron James teased fans Saturday with a short clip of the upcoming film Space Jam 2.
On Instagram, James shared a muted video of a particular scene of the film accompanied with two screenshots.
The clip briefly showed James and co-star Bugs Bunny looking up in awe at what seemed to be a spaceship disguised in a huge scoreboard.
Other players from the Tune Squad like Tweety, Lola, and Sylvester were also shown staring at an unknown thing being absorbed by the scoreboard's red light.
"LET’S GO!!!!! coming at y’all in just a few months from now! I’m so EXCITED about this project!!! CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU GUYS TO SEE!" the Lakers star wrote.
This was the latest tease since James, who took the lead role from Michael Jordan in the reboot of the 1996 live-action/animated basketball film, unveiled the new Tune Squad uniform last August.
The 36-year-old James will star alongside Don Cheadle in “Space Jam: A New Legacy” set to air July next year.
Several NBA and WNBA stars, namely Anthony Davis, Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, Diana Taurasi and Nneka Ogwumike, also joined the star-studded cast.
The film is directed by Malcolm D. Lee and produced by Warner Animation Group and James' SpringHill Entertainment.
