Baby dies from snake bite

On Thursday, January 14, 12nn, a baby was brought to the Kapalong Dist. Hospital, but the baby was dead upon arrival.

Based on the report from Radyo Bandera Mindanao, the baby fell asleep soon after the mom checked on her baby, thinking her baby was bitten by their dog or cat. Living in Purok 6B, Cabadiangan Igangon San Isidro Davao del Norte, the neighbors did not believe that the baby was killed by a dog bite. And upon further investigation, the mom was able to dug deeper in their house's flooring and discovered a snake cobra living under their home.

The family killed the snake right away, but it can never bring back the life of their baby who would have turned eight months old this January 18.
