Kai Sotto continued his growth spurt while preparing for his upcoming stint in the NBA G League which starts next month in Orlando.
Sotto on Thursday tweeted some “New Facts”, saying that he’s listed at 7-foot-3 after adding an inch to his height while improving his wingspan from 7-foot-1 to 7-foot-5.
“Continue to WATCH ME WORK,” Sotto said at the end of the tweet.
The 18-year-old native of Las Pinas City is preparing the biggest test of his young career as he and the G League Ignite are scheduled to play in the G League season which will be played inside the bubble at the Walt Disney Complex.
With the G-League pushing through, Sotto is unlikely to don the Gilas Pilipinas in the third window of the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers also slated next month in Pampanga.
Sotto will be up for stiff competition in Orlando against G League players eager to use it as a platform to achieve their NBA dream.
