Lito Adiwang will become the first Filipino and Team Lakay fighter to return in the Circle this year with a mission to bounce back from his recent loss last November.
Adiwang is set to lock horns with Chinese opponent Hexigetu in ONE: Unbreakable in Singapore two weeks from now, Jan. 22, Team Lakay announced on social media Friday.
"We know how much Lito has trained and hoping for the support of all the Team Lakay fans," wrote Team Lakay on its Facebook page.
Adiwang, the former No. 5 strawweight contender, suffered a controversial split decision loss to Japanese foe Hiroba Minowa last November.

Minowa snapped Adiwang's seven-match win streak to improve at 12-2 record while the Team Lakay stalwart suffered his first loss in four years and slid to 11-3.
Though the Igorot warrior asked for a rematch with Minowa, ONE Championship instead gave him Hexigetu, who rides on a three-match win streak and holds a 7-3 slate.

Adiwang and Hexigetu will clash in the first installation of the three-part Unbreakable series, but ONE Championship has yet to announce more details on its official website.
