LOOK: McCoy De Leon serenades Elisse Joson on her b-day

Fans went gaga with Elisse Joson sharing on social media a video of McCoy De Leon singing Parokya Ni Edgar's "Your Song" for her.

Apparently, this is McCoy's gift to Elisse who just celebrated her 26th birthday last Jan. 6.

The video included pre-recorded greetings from her friends.

Elisse shared her joy in the caption that read: 

"I wasn't gonna post this but it really made my day. A meaningful birthday gift from miles away. (Iyakin talaga ako pero tears of joy).

"Maraming salamat din sa mga kaibigan ko na naging parte ng video na to. It really means a lot seeing your greetings. Mahal ko kayo.

"...And of course to u, @mccoydeleon Thank you for singing to me, for getting my friends' messages together, and for making me the happiest today."
