Caloocan court dumps libel case Cedric Lee filed against Vina Morales

The libel case that businessman Cedric Lee filed against former partner Vina Morales in a Caloocan court has been dismissed.

Morales updated fans on the matter via Instagram recently sharing, “Today po dismissed na po ang Caloocan case na simula pa nung 2018.”

She added, “Gusto ko lang po i-share sa inyo eto dahil napakalaking apekto pagsubok ang pinagdaanan ko, ng anak ko at buong pamilya ko ng ilang taon.”

The actress thanked her lawyer, Atty. Lucille Sering, in the same post.

“Sinusulat ko eto na naiiyak dahil po thankful at grateful po ako kay Atty lucille na hindi nya kami pinabayaan ni Ceana sa mga laban ng napakadami pong kaso simula pa nung 2013.”

According to Morales, similar cases filed against her by Lee including those in Nueva Ecija City, Pasig City, Parańaque City, Mandaluyong City, and Quezon City, have already been dismissed prior.

“Isa na lang po ang natira , San Juan City case na lang po since 2013 at alam ko rin na hindi rin kami pababayaan ng Diyos.”

She added, “Sana matapos na ang lahat ng eto.”

Morales and Lee became sweethearts back in 2006.

They went their separate ways in 2009.

Lee was also embroiled in another controversial case involving actor Vhong Navarro several years ago.
