34 years younger, Pauleen shares why she doesn't mind the age gap with husband Vic Sotto

Though their relationship wasn’t a smooth ride pre-marriage due to some people who were unaccepting of their 34-year age gap, one can see that Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto are still on a high from their wedding last January 30, 2016. This age-gap issue was brought up again over the weekend by none other than Pauleen herself.
In her Instagram post, she shared that the couple was interviewed by Luchi Cruz Valdes for her show and was asked about their thoughts regarding their age difference. Pauleen admitted that she wasn’t able to give a good answer, because she didn’t feel the gap.

She was able to think it over and shared, in her own words, “a real answer” on their age gap. “My husband loves me very much and gives me a certain kind of confidence and security about our relationship but I think the thing I love most about him is the amount of respect he gives me,” she says. “He respects my life decisions, he respects my room to grow, and he respects me
like an equal. Never did I hear my husband raise his voice and felt like I was younger and didn’t matter. I always felt validated. I always feel important around him. Respect plays a big role in any relationship. I know deep in my heart that it’s one of the main reasons why this relationship
is so easy.
