PBA: LA Tenorio, wife Chesca welcome newborn daughter

Barangay Ginebra star LA Tenorio is now a "girl dad."

After raising three boys, Tenorio and wife Chesca introduced their newborn daughter Solana Therese on Saturday via Instagram.

"Our Unica Hija," the veteran guard wrote, accompanied with three heart emojis and the date "09-17-2020."

Completing the Tenorio squad are their sons: Santi, 8; Sian, 7; and Lucas, 3.

Fellow PBA stars Ray Parks Jr., Chris Ross, Jio Jalalon, James Yap, to name a few, extended their congratulations to the couple for their baby daughter.

With one trainer assisting him, the 36-year-old Tenorio decided to proceed with "solo training" upon the continuation of training due to her wife's pregnancy.

But after Chesca's delivery, Tenorio can now join his teammates in his assigned batch at the Upper Deck in Pasig City as the PBA prepares to resume its halted 45th season.

The PBA decided to continue the Philippine Cup in Clark, Pampanga under a bubble concept, pending approval from the Inter-Agency Task Force. (With a report from Waylon Galvez)
