'Dynasty' star Liz Gillies marries producer Michael Corcoran

“Dynasty” and “Victorious” actress Liz Gillies surprised fans Thursday revealing she has tied the knot with producer and composer Michael Corcoran.

The couple has been together for six years.

On Instagram, Gillies shared photos from their intimate wedding which took place at The Inn at Fernbrook Farms in New Jersey on Aug. 8.

The wedding was attended by family members. The couple’s three dogs were also present during the ceremony.

Gillies's father also presided at her wedding.

“He walked me down the aisle, then quickly switched roles to marry us,” Gillies told Vogue in an interview.

In the same interview, Gillies shared that she and Corcoran originally wanted to have their wedding on April 25, which is also the birthday of their French bulldog named Otis.

However, due to the pandemic, they decided to move their special day.

“It was a no-brainer for us. Aside from the obvious travel and crowd restrictions, it didn’t feel right to be celebrating in such a big way when there was so much going on in the world. It would have been in poor taste to burden people by asking them to risk their lives to come to our wedding. There were more important things to focus on. Our wedding could wait,” Gillies told Vogue.

Gillies said she was “very happy” on how her wedding turned out.

“As painful as it is to push off something that you’ve spent so much time planning and looking forward to, I do believe it’s the right—and only—decision,” she said.

I don’t think I would’ve had it any other way. At the end of the day, it’s about you and the person you love. The rest doesn’t matter,” she added.
