Gonzagas meet Moradas in Alex's pamamanhikan vlog

Alex Gonzaga and fiancÃ© Mikee Morada marked a milestone in their relationship as engaged couple.Â

The two and their respective families recently met for what Filipinos called "pamamanhikan," a custom where a man pays a visit to the home of his intended bride. In this occasion, his family will ask the formal blessing of the woman's family for the wedding.

Alex shared a glimpse of the important event on her YouTube channel, which coincides with her third anniversary as YouTube vlogger.

Their families shared a sumptuous dinner at Alex's family home.
"Gusto ko talagang i-share sa inyo ang milestone sa buhay namin ni Mikee and milestone rin sa buhay ko na nag-meet talaga 'yung parents namin," Alex said.Â

At the end of the video, Alex extended her gratitude to her subscribers for supporting her vlog and for witnessing all the important moments in her life.Â

"To all the netizens who have been watching my vlog since day one, thank you, thank you. I love you. And thank you for sharing the milestones and important parts of my life with me on this channel," she said.Â

Alex and Mikee got engaged in December 2019 during their trip to Hong Kong.
