Ai Ai delas Alas tests negative for COVID-19

Fans of Ai Ai delas Alas would be glad to know their idol tested negative for COVID-19.

A few days ago, the comedian posted on Instagram a video of her undergoing a swab test.

"Salamat po Panginoon at negative kaming pamilya," she said, accompanying it with a hashtag #medyomasakithehehe.

Since early March, a number of local celebrities have contracted the deadly virus including Iza Calzado, Michael V., Christopher de Leon, Donita Nose, Jon Lucas, Sylvia Sanchez, Niña Jose and Divine Lee.

Fortunately, all of them have since recovered.

Joey Bautista of ‘90s band Mullato passed away due to complications brought about  by COVID-19.
