Karen Gallman pregnant with first child

Just five months after Karen Gallman and her longtime boyfriend Ian Garton tied the knot in a garden wedding in New Zealand, the two are expecting an addition to the family.


The news was announced by Miss Intercontinental 2018 herself on social media, noting that "Baby Garton" is arriving in January next year. 


"We are SO excited to be welcoming our little one into the world!" she wrote, adding that she's 20-weeks pregnant.

 
In another post, 27-year-old Filipina-Australian beauty queen expressed gratitude for all the "beautiful messages and well wishes" they have been receiving.


"Ian and I are over the moon with happiness," she said, along with series of photos that show her and husband on the beach.


Karen made history in 2019 as first Filipina to be crowned Miss Intercontinental.
