The couple sets up a donation page to celebrate their daughter’s arrival
It was a very special day for both Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry as they finally got to meet their baby Daisy Dove Bloom today, Aug 27. They chose to be quiet in their own personal social media accounts, but shared the good news to Unicef.
The organization’s Instagram account showed a black-and-white photo of three different hands holding each other with a caption that started off by welcoming the couple’s newest bundle of joy.
“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter,” beam Unicef goodwill ambassadors Orlando and Katy. In choosing to announce this joyous occasion in the global organization’s Instagram account, they are encouraging all the readers to drop their donations to help other parents who need the most basic necessities, such as water, soap, vaccines, and medicines.
“In celebration of the heart we know our daughter already has, we have set up a donation page to celebrate DDB’s arrival. By supporting them, you are supporting a safe start to life and reimagining a healthier world for every child. We hope your hearts can bloom with generosity,” ends the couple.
