Now that he's 36 years old, Jeremy Jauncey is more appreciative of life.

He expressed gratitude to those who helped him one way or another. Of course, they include his girlfriend, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

"What a year it has been! Without a doubt some of the most exciting & challenging situations I’ve ever faced, things that have changed life forever but things that have helped me grow, gain perspective and moved me forward. Everyday I’m grateful for my family (@tomjauncey @piawurtzbach mum) my friends (too many too list), the team @beautifuldestinations and all the amazing partners the business has around the world but especially grateful today as I think about all the things that have happened in the last year," he wrote caption to photo that shows him cuddling the 30-year-old Filipino beauty queen-model during their trip to Santorini.

On her social media account, Pia penned a sentimental message to Jeremy by looking back on 10 of their most memorable dates.

"Its somebody's birthday today! So I thought of making a special collage of some of our adventures together. It took me all morning to make this post. He was starting to wonder why I was on my phone so much. Haha. Thank you so much, my love. For all the amazing memories together, for all the things you taught me and continue to teach me, and all the love and support. You're an amazing man and deserve all the love and blessings in the world. I hope you continue to inspire so many more people. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" she wrote.
