Bea Alonzo donates goods to orphanage

Bea Alonzo continues her humanitarian efforts amid COVID-19 pandemic. 

She and her nonprofit organization I Am Hope recently handed over donations to the SOS Children’s Village in Muntinlupa City.

The actress also spent time with the kids at the orphanage.

“You see, theirs is a different kind of an orphanage; they create a sense of family inside the village wherein they place the kids (and most of the time, the siblings are placed in the same house) with a ‘NANAY (mother),’” she wrote.


“Seeing them smile back at me, even with masks on, is a reflection of how we can still have HOPE amid chaos,” the actress added.

Bea and her team also handed over supplies to frontliners in Pasig City. The organization has so far raised P9 million in cash and in-kind donations for various COVID-19 relief efforts.
