Elha Nympha shows off body transformation

Teen star Elha Nympha surprised her Instagram followers recently by uploading a photo of her body transformation.

The post’s comment sections were immediately filled with messages, mostly people expressing admiration for the slimmer figure of the 16-yar-old singer.

In fact, her fast weight loss trended and she acquired a lot of new supporters, up to 77K followers on the social media platform.

Having inspired many people, Elha promised to share more about her journey.

"Di po tayo titigil guys (kasi) di ko pa po nare-reach goal ko. Gagawa ako vlog tomorrow about sa weight loss ko," she wrote over the weekend.

According to her, it was March 26 when she first started going on diet. But last April 26, she marked the day as her "cheat day" with two sets of cake as seen in a photo.

Elha has been undergoing abs workout for more than a month now after starting doing it last June 1.

"Sa mga nagtatanong ano kinakain ko? 2 kutsarang kanin(a) every meal. 2x a day kumakain at workout," she said about her current lifestyle.

Elha, who is a member of the girl group J.E.Z. together with Janine Berdin and Zephanie Dimaranan, first rose to fame in 2015 after she emerged champion in the second season of "The Voice Kids."
