Support local with this online pop-up

From fashion accessories to baked goods to furniture, you can surf and shop locally crafted goods from the comfort of your home

As the country and our countrymen try to navigate through these unprecedented waters, many are working to move the economy forward by supporting local entrepreneurs and businesses, from the mavericks of industry to the small-time sellers. For the month of July, the Manila Fling (TMF) offers a virtual shopping affair designed to showcase lifestyle SMEs and help them grow.

Last year, TMF hosted a one-day physical bazaar at The Food Hall at SM Aura, providing curated homegrown brands a space to promote themselves and reach out to customers. While large gatherings are ill-advised at this time, that doesn’t mean that SMEs can’t band together to create some online buzz and exclusive deals to customers only available on the TMF website.

From July 1 to Aug. 2, TMF will not only be showcasing a curated selection of offerings, there are also IGTV videos to get to know the Filipino entrepreneurs behind the brands, live streams with local artists and speakers, as well as raffles and giveaways.

With over 80 brands, it might seem overwhelming. That is why TMF rotates its featured brands every week, so make sure to save TMF in your bookmarks and check on it regularly throughout the month.
