Last week, Facebook exploded when one of the most loved and well-known local instant noodles, the Lucky Me! Pancit Canton, took over our feeds for no apparent reason. Artists, designers, and just about anyone familiar with the Filipino favorite has been coming up with fun, playful, and even absurd reinterpretations of the product. Today, the canton still trends online as new re-conceptualizations take a life of their own.
