Woman over a footbridge at EDSA North Avenue, QC

By MB Online   A woman fell over a footbridge and on a moving vehicle at EDSA North Avenue on Friday, February 3. According to a report from ABS-CBN News, the woman was conscious when she was brought in the Quezon City Memorial Medical Center. The woman was identified as Mischelle Joy Dizon by the MMDA traffic enforcers through her ID. Dizon fell over a moving vehicle under the footbridge. The reason why Dizon fell is still uncertain, according to the authorities.
