Sweet! Twinning engagment rings for Bettinna Carlos and her daughter

Mikki Eduardo also proposed to Gummy

It’s every single parent’s wish that, if ever they do get married again, that their blended families will be a happy and peaceful one. Bettina Carlos’ secret wish, a prayer that only God knows, was granted the night before she got married.

Her now-husband Mikki Eduardo asked Bettina’s daughter Gummy if he can be “her father and raise her up to the fear and knowledge of the Lord to which she said YES!” She continues, “This was an answered secret prayer for me. One I never told anyone but the Lord. One I asked from Him twice. I asked God to confirm that if Mikki really is His best for us that he would give Gummy a ring too. After all he is not just marrying me but her as well. God heard and heeded my prayer. Hallelujah!”

Mikki admitted that he was more nervous about proposing to Gummy than to Bettina, saying in his post, “I had no exact words to say.” Rev 3:20 “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears my voice, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” reminded him that Jesus doesn’t force Himself on people’s lives. “And I just took off from that, I asked Gummy if she would accept me to be her father. Thankfully, she said ‘yes.’”

Bettinna thanked her sister-in-law Theresa Eduardo for making their twinning rings.
