Duterte said, in an interview on Davao City Disaster Radio on Monday, that her office received an inquiry on persons claiming to be CHO personnel selling the COVID-19 testing kits.

"Sa among office duna nay isa nga nag-inquire about sa, if it is true nga dunay referral service or service ang City Health Office nga pabayran ang rapid testing (In our office, we have one inquiry asking if it was true that City Health Office has a referral service on the payment of rapid testing), " she said.

The mayor said the CHO was not offering any services that had its personnel going around in residential areas, offices and other establishments offering rapid antigen testing.

"That is not true, our City Health Office does not have the said services including antigen testing," she said.

Duterte told the public to immediately call for police assistance if they encounter any alleged CHO employee offering the rapid test.

"So that, we can investigate the matter, whether or not they are employees of city government of Davao, " she said.

Earlier, the city government also issued an advisory against the alleged CHO employees offering disinfection services in houses of COVID-19 positive patients.
