Lessandra unveils Sienna, its latest home model fit for the new normal

A home that caters to the new normal needs of Filipino families – this is what Lessandra aims to deliver with its new house model, Sienna.

Launched virtually last Nov. 18, Sienna is Lessandra’s latest offering under its roster of quality and affordable house-and-lot in the Philippines.

“Sienna brings the same familiar comfortable vibe of Lessandra’s angat and maaliwalas homes, coupled with an even bigger, breathable, and flexible home space that every Filipino family will surely enjoy,” said Ed Aguilar, division head of Lessandra.

The house design goes beyond maximizing space, it also provides multi-functional areas that can cater to the different needs and requirements of homebuyers. Coming in bigger lot areas compared to the company’s current house model lineup, Sienna offers an additional house feature, the Hive, among other upgrades.

“The Hive is an added feature of Sienna. It is a pod within your home, which can be transformed to a work from home area, a study corner, or a lounge for other activities. This is our response to the demand for a flexible area inside the house, which is needed in this new normal,” said Aguilar.

Aside from the Hive, Sienna has a master’s bedroom with an attached toilet-and-bath, as well as a carpark -- both features are additions to Lessandra’s existing house models. The living room and dining areas area are also bigger and configured to give homeowners flexibility for a contemporary home experience. The new house model will have a floor area of 60 sqaure meters with a minimum lot area of 88 square meters.

Sienna is Lessandra’s first house model under its new Series, the Step up Series, an upgrade from the company’s Starter and Angat Series, which feature the house models Arielle, Criselle, Ezabelle, and Frielle.

As Lessandra sets it sight in bringing more quality and affordable house-and-lot to Filipino families nationwide, the new Sienna will be initially available in Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija, Santiago, Isabela, and General Santos City.
