LOOK: Filipino-Austrian model Jasmine Maierhofer bags 2020 Asia Model Award

Asia Model Awards, an annual ceremony that recognizes Asia's top models and celebrities, just wrapped up its 15th edition. For 2020, Filipino Filipino-Austrian muse Jasmine Maierhofer was awarded top honor.

In 2015, models LA Aguinaldo and Ria Bolivar were recognized by Asia Model Awards as Philippines Star Model awardees. In 2019, it was Philippe Magalona who bagged the award and this year, Jasmine Maierhofer’s time to shine has arrived.

Maierhofer has modeled for international designers and brands like Valentino, Balmain, and Tod’s, and has also walked the runways of huge fashion designers like Michael Cinco and Francis Libiran. The model has also appeared on countless magazine spreads doing editorial work.

Today, she was given the recognition she deserves. “Thank you God for this gift. I appreciate this 2020 Asia Model Award, The Asia Model Festival in Korea. Thank you, @asiamodelfestival @mssarakae. Thank you everyone for believing in me. #Godspeed,” Maierhofer shared on a post.

Congratulations for a well-deserved award, Jasmine! You make us proud!
