Jon Bon Jovi reveals band's 'life-changing' album

Jon Bon Jovi revealed that ‘Slippery When Wet’ was a life-changer for the band, the producer, the engineer, and every other staff since it was a massive commercial success and boosted everything career wise:
Here's a part of what Jon Bon Jovi stated about the life-changing album, in a recent interview with Apple Music Essentials:

“Yeah, everything changed with our third album. Everybody involved with that album and in every and any aspect of that album, everybody’s lives changed. Whether it was the producer, the engineer, the band, you know, it was just life-changing.
"All I wanted to do was prove that we could do it again. Within a year, we wrote ‘New Jersey’ and we’re back on the road. And then that album yielded another five Top 10 singles, and so we did prove it again, but we were burned out. We were dead men walking by the end of that tour.”
Released on August 18, 1986, "Slippery When Wet" is their third studio album which includes the most iconic and best-known songs of Bon Jovi such as "You Give Love a Bad Name," and "Livin’ on a Prayer," both of which reached number one on Billboard Hot 100 chart.
