Netizens make wild guesses as Markus Paterson posts cryptic 'best wishes' greeting

Markus Paterson, boyfriend of actress Janella Salvador, posted a cryptic message about "best wishes" on Instagram which keeps netizens guessing.

On Instagram Dec. 26, Markus shared a series of black and white photos with the caption “best wishes” turns 1 ?"

But their followers have made different interpretations about the "best wishes" post which is normally said when greeting newlyweds.

Are Markus and Janella getting married or are they celebrating their first wedding anniversary?

Both Janella and Markus are currently enjoying their stay in London for several months now.
