The latest posts of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray have ignited rumors that she spent the holidays with boyfriend Sam Milby in the US.

Fans were quick to point out how the two star's respective Instagram posts seemingly hinted at being together.

Sam's last post is a photo of their Christmas tree in Ohio, his home country. His caption read: "Home is where the heart is. I don't update here often, but I wanted to wish whoever is reading this a happy and safe holiday season & Merry Christmas."

Eagle-eyed netizens assumed that it is the same Christmas tree which Catriona used as backdrop as she made a video call for her parents.

"For now, this is how we spend time together as a family. This isn't my first time away from my parents for Christmas, but after a year of cancelled trips and visits to see them, the feeling of being away from them hits different today. I miss you so much mama @mitagray and Papa. Can't wait to finally be together again," the beauty queen wrote.

Later, Catriona shared a candid photo of her in the snow, which coincidentally the same concept on the actor's Instagram story.

Catriona also shared a video of her playing in the snow while the videographer held her hands and planted a kiss on her.
