The Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Thanksgiving Dinner on Monday, Dec.1, was different due to social distancing, but the winners still turned out chic at the event.

Though the dinner at Hilton Manila in Pasay was quiet, the fashion we saw on it certainly made a splash. Newly-crowned Miss Universe 2020 Rabiya Mateo’s outfit was stunning, of course, as were those of Bella Ysmael, Michele Gumabao, Pauline Amelinckx, and Billie Hakenson.
