Karl "Karl" Jayme and Carlo "Kuku" Palad's T1 Entertainment & Sports thrashed Execration, 2-0, to continue its run in the Beyond The Summit (BTS) Pro Series Season 4 Southeast Asia on Friday night.

Filipino stars Karl and Kuku were the driving force in the Game 2 clincher as the Korean squad cruised to the lower bracket semifinal of the $50,000 (P2.4 million) regional tournament featuring eight powerhouse teams in the SEA server.

Laoatian carry Souliya "JaCkky" Khoomphetsavong came through with a monstrous performance on his Riki in Game 1 to dictate the tempo for T1, which bounced back from a 2-1 loss to Team Dog bannered by Abed "Abed" Yusop and Daryl Koh "iceiceice" Pei Xiang in the upper bracket.

T1 arranged a best-of-three duel against Polo "Raven" Fausto and Djardel "Dj" Mampusti's Fnatic on Saturday after the upper bracket clash between Filipino powerhouse TNC Predator and Team Dog at 5 p.m.

Fnatic dethroned Thailand's Motivate.Trust Gaming via a 2-0 sweep earlier behind Raven, who posted a 12-2-10 kill-death-assist record with his Ursa in Game 1 and a 10-1-16 tally on his Troll Warlord in Game 2.

Losing sides Execration and Motivate.Trust, the Season 3 champion, landed on the 5th-6th places and each received P2,500 (P120,000).

Armed with a Diffusal Blade just 14 minutes into Game 1, JaCkyy's Riki secured several pickoffs around the map that enabled T1 to snowball to a 35-13 kill score and force a GG call from Execration in the 31st minute.
JaCkky finished with 15 kills and nine assists against three deaths.

Midlaner Karl on his Void Spirit tallied an 8-4-14 record while offlaner Kuku, who served as a stand-in for Samson "Sam_H" Hidalgo, chipped in 21 assists and two kills against a lone death on his Tidehunter.

Kuku's Viper and Karl's Void Spirit then joined forces with JaCkky's Arc Warden to punctuate the series with a 39-20 victory in 40 minutes in Game 2.

Kuku racked up 13 kills and 16 assists, Karl finished with 10 and 14 even as JaCkky notched nine and 19 while only combining for 10 deaths.

A 24th minute team wipe for T1 followed by a Roshan kill started the team's unstoppable charge.

T1 dominated the clashes from then on before a second Roshan plus a crucial pickoff on Execration carry Yuri Dave "Yowe" Pacaña's Terrorblade proved to be the finishing blow.

For this BTS Pro Series Season 4, T1 is mostly composed of the former players of Season 2 winner Geek Fam. Besides Karl and Kuku, Indonesian standouts Kenny "Xepher" Deo and Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon (stand-in for Wilson "Poloson" Koh Chin Wei) are also in the team.
