Acer Launches New Holiday Music Video, Featuring Filipino Celebrities

YouTuber, singer, beauty guru and content creator Janina Vela and matinee idol Daniel Padilla, along with YouTube star Cong Velasquez and rapper Awi Columna are the voices behind the song "Finding Joy," which is Acer Philippines' anthem for the holidays and even beyond.

Powered by Windows 10 and 11th Gen Intel Core Processors, “Finding Joy” is composed and written by the team of Mart Sam Olivades, Felichi Salva Cruz, and Penelope Ann Medrano.

It has been a challenging year for the whole world. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdowns and quarantines that resulted from it, Acer Philippines' leadership in consumer and gaming PCs has remained unchanged.

The tech firm rose above the challenges it faced in 2020 and it is in this spirit that the "Finding Joy" was born. It aims to bring hope and give strength to Filipinos to break barriers in the face of adversity.

"Filipinos will surely relate to that song because it talks about something very serious but there's a light-hearted tone to it. It has a message that's very uplifting," said Acer Philippines Managing Director Manuel Wong.

The message of "Finding Joy" is to encourage Filipinos to never be afraid of standing up again no matter how many times you get hit or fall.

Also appearing in the music video are Ivana Alawi, Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao, COLN Band, Junnieboy and Vien, KuyaNic and Luponwxc, TNC Pro Team DOTA 2, ArkAangel Predator PUBG, Een Mercado, Kang Dupet, Armel Tabios, Kim “Gabbi” Santos, Tims Radrup, Damien “Kpii” Chok, Marlon Marcelo, Kuku Palad, and Reg Rubio.

The music video of the holiday song features the full line-up of Acer Philippines' brand ambassadors, including Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Ivana Alawi, Janina Vela, Cong Velasquez, and Awi Columna. It was launched on Acer’s YouTube channel and played in top FM Radio Stations, Monster Radio RX 93.1, Magic 89.9, Wave 89.1, and Play FM 99.5.
