Sinas' assistance was given to Cpl. Jayson Mangoba who was previously assigned to the Santiago, Isabela Police Office, through Police Regional Office 2 Director Brig. Gen. Crizaldo O. Nieves on Monday.

Mangoba is undergoing treatment for Stage 4 renal cancer. She was diagnosed in May this year.

Nieves, together with Isabela PPO Provincial Director Col. James M. Cipriano and Maj. Darwin Urani, Chief of Police of San Mateo Police Station, handed over the financial assistance from the Chief PNP to Mangoba.

“The assistance given by the Chief PNP is a gesture of care and concern for his people, a manifestation that the PNP organization will always look out for the welfare of its personnel and help them in their need especially those with serious illness such as Police Corporal Mangoba,” Nieves said.

Aside from the financial assistance, a scholarship grant was also given to the daughter of Mangoba.
