Wee's slay suspect transported to Cebu City

A suspect in the killing of Cebu lawyer Joey Luis Wee was transported today to Cebu City via Philippine Airlines flight PR-1849 after he was arrested in Cabuyao, Laguna on December 8.

The suspect was identified as Fausto Edgar Peralta, 55, of barangay Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna, who worked as a security guard.

The suspect was escorted by NBI agents at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for his flight to Cebu.

Attorney Wee was killed in broad daylight inside of his office in Â Barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City on November 23, 2020.
