Pia Wurtzbach arrives in London, begins self-quarantine

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has arrived in London for the holidays as she began a two-week self-quarantine.

"Made it back to the UK safe and sound, ???" said Wurtzbach on Instagram Dec. 9.

The German-Filipino beauty queen said that she is required to undergo a two-week quarantine upon arrival in London.

Asked if she's using a tourist visa, Wurtzbach said: "I'm using an EU passport. For visas I suggest to check with the embassy just be extra sure! And no they don't tell you where to quarantine but it has to be either a home or a hotel. ?."

Wurtzbach also said that she plans to take a private swab test later.
"Starting Dec 15, the UK gov will allow travelers to take a private swab test to exempt from the 14 day quarantine ? I plan to do this â¤ï¸"

After quarantine, Wurtzbach is expected to meet her boyfriend Scottish businessman Jeremy Jauncey and her family now based in London.
