Angel Locsin, Sarah Geronimo, Kathryn Bernardo among Forbes Asia’s 100 Digital Stars

Seven celebrities from the Philippines have made it to Forbes Asia’s 100 Digital Stars list, which highlights the Asia-Pacific’s "most influential celebrities who have taken the digital world by storm."

Among these celebrities are Angel Locsin, Marian Rivera-Dantes, Kim Chiu, Anne Curtis, Kathryn Bernardo, Vice Ganda, and Sarah Geronimo.

The local artists are being recognized with the likes of South Korean stars Bae Suzy, Park Shin-hye, IU, Lee Min-ho, Thai actor Mario Maurer, and Hollywood stars Margot Robbie and Chris Hemsworth, to name a few.

According to their official website, the inaugural of Forbes Asia’s 100 Digital Stars list features 100 singers, bands, film and TV stars with a strong social media presence.

"With millions of followers across popular platforms, these celebrities have maintained their relevance and popularity in this challenging period by leveraging on the power of social media. Many have also used their influence to support worthy causes, especially those with a COVID-19 focus."
