Kapuso actor Derek Ramsay has moved on from the challenges of 2020 as he bought a new house and had it blessed on his 44th birthday on December 7.
On Instagram Dec. 8, Ramsay, his family and friends were seen gathered around a priest who blessed his home during simple ceremonies.
Ramsay said that he has learned a lot this year as he moved forward to 2021.
In November, Ramsay and his girlfriend fellow Kapuso star Andrea Torres called it quits after one year of being together.

"2020 has been a tough year for all of us. Now the year is almost over, we should take everything we have learned and move forward to 2021.
"Yesterday was my birthday and the blessing of my new home. On this special day I was surrounded by so much love from friends, family and God.
"All the love and support has made me realize that I can face any obstacle that comes my way. To everyone there yesterday thank you so much for your friendship and love.
