Isabela PPO Director Col. James Cipriano said Marco Dela Cruz, a 19-year-old construction worker and tagged as the province’s most wanted person, was arrested on December 2 by the San Manuel Municipal Police on the strength of an arrest warrant issued against him by a Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Roxas, Isabela, for the crime of rape by sexual assault.

A day before, Joshua Fugaban, Isabela’s No. 2 most wanted, was arrested in Purok 2, Barangay San Leon in Umingan, Pangasinan, by elements of the San Pablo Municipal Police by the virtue of an arrest warrant issued by a Cabagan, Isabela RTC.

Cipriano lauded the operatives of the two police stations for collaring the province’s top two most wanted as he encouraged them to further strengthen their intelligence capabilities in tracking down fugitives, and to be more prepared in combatting all forms of criminality in Isabela.
