Actress Mylene Dizon, still hot at 44, recently shared her thoughts concerning differences she has observed between the younger and older generations.
According to her, the younger generation are in an "ironic" situation.

"The irony of them having all this information on their fingertips that in a click of a button they have everything that they need but they're very, very - I feel - very detached from reality because everything is just there," she explained.
She felt that youngsters are also jaded, somewhat.
"Kasi tayo nu'ng araw, if it's big, its news. (But) now it's a swipe away, its news, I swipe. It's different news, swipe... it just goes away. But they have all the information within their reach," she reiterated.
Mylene thinks this is so because they're spoon-fed.
"Walang mahirap. So ang grit is mahirap ma-achieve, which I think naman, for my generation, the older generation if the driving force. So the grit and the need to be able to reach or attain your goal."
But the hot momma also credited the young ones for being more adroit on gadgets.
"Because they are quicker to grasp all these new ideas and new concepts, and new things that come out," she pointed out.
She's thankful she has her kids to teach her the stuff.
"I think 'yun naman madali para sa matatanda, madaling mag-utos sa mga bata to understand all the technology and all the changes that they're going on around us. I don't have to bother with it," she quipped.
