The VIB will only be able to accommodate 30 patients per district or a total of 180 pets.

Residents who wish to avail of the service must register at https://tinyurl.com/VIBLibrengKapon. Those who make it in the cut off will be sent a form via email that they will need to fill out and bring to the VIB Office on December 10.

Those who will not reach the cutoff will be included in the city government's priority list for the next spay and neuter program.

Members of the VIB and the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) will conduct the procedure.
