Celeb moms Ryza Cenon, Maya Flores, and Regine Angeles get real about giving birth

They opened up about their recent labor and delivery experiences

Celebrity moms Ryza Cenon, Maya Flores, and Regine Angeles consider the last part of their 2020 special as they recently welcomed a new addition to their family. Through their Instagram posts, they have opened up about their experiences on giving birth to their babies. 

Worth it!

Cenon gave birth to her first child with her partner Miguel Antonio Cruz on Oct. 31. The actress announced the news on her Instagram account with a black and white photo of her child’s hands wrapped around her finger. “It was difficult but it was worth it! Welcome baby Night,” she wrote.  

Wonderful blessing

Model-actress Regine Angeles has also welcomed her second child with husband Victor Leaño. She gave birth to their healthy baby girl Kaia Rosalie via normal delivery on Oct. 31. 

“Thank you Dr. Marie Cruz-Javier for helping me get through this kahit ang laki-laki ni baby,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Thank you, Lord, for this wonderful blessing!”

Practice self-care

Actor Geoff Eigenmann and singer Maya Flores now have a third bundle of joy in the family. Eigenmann announced the arrival of their baby girl on Oct. 31 by sharing a photo of Maya and their daughter Pepper. The celebrity dad is proud to share that they are now a “family of five.” 

Months before giving birth, Flores wrote in an Instagram post that moms should be “prepared for nursing to start as something hard.” She also pointed out the importance of self-love. “Practicing self-care when you are a mother is a must. Learning to love yourself, too, is the best thing you could do for yourself and your family,” she said.
