Kielvj, Renzio exit Aura PH

Aura PH released longtime sidelaner Kiel Vj "Kielvj" Hernandez and sixth man Renz "Renzio" Cadua, the team announced on Wednesday night through its Facebook page.

This after the first-ever two-time Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Pro League-Philippines (MPL-PH) champions failed to live up to expectations in Season 6.

“Tonight we will say farewell to 'The King' Kielvj and 'The Phantom Offlaner' Renzio. Thank you for the past seasons and (we) wish you all the best in your careers," the team said.

"Good luck on your future endeavors. We will see you guys in the land of dawn! GLHF (good luck, have fun)!"

Kielvj and Renzio also took to Facebook their gratitude to the squad formerly known as Sunsparks where they won back-to-back MPL titles in Season 4 and 5.

"Thank you mga pre! Thank you rin sa mga Aura Fam na di nagsawang sumuporta sa'kin at sa'min," said Kielvj. "Lft (looking for team) na ko guys."
"Bye Aura mami-miss ko kayo lahat sobra!" said Renzio.

Aura suffered an early exit in the MPL-PH S6 playoffs, absorbing a 3-0 sweep to archrival Onic PH in the first round.

Captain-tank Chan "Rafflesia" Fajura, Ashley "Killuash" Cruz and Allen "Greed" Baloy remain in the Michael Angelo "Arcadia" Bocado-coached team.

Aura has yet to reveal the replacements for Kielvj and Renzio, but former Execration sidelaner Benedict "Bennyqt" Gonzales is apparently joining the team, according to Exe's coach Billy "Z4pnu" Alfonso.

Onic's sidelaner Gerald "Dlar" Trinchera is also rumored to take his acts to Aura after being seen in a Facebook photo with Greed, Rafflesia and Killuash. The picture was posted by Greed.
