Jojo Bragais posts typhoon photos that will break your heart

International pageant shoe designer Jojo Bragais has launched a fund-raising campaign that will help fellow Bicolanos who were affected by super typhoon Rolly last Sunday.

Bragais uploaded on Facebook photos of his barangay in Tabaco, Albay that was heavily-damaged by the super typhoon.

His caption read: "I know this place well and I can say a big part of my barangay is affected. Worst I would say almost half. With this I am personally asking for support."

The popular Bicolano said that he has started "buy one, take one" for all his pageant shoes until Nov. 9.

Two pairs of Bragais shoes would only cost P3,800. "Free shipping nationwide. All sales will be used to support affected families of barangay Bognabong."

This is not the first time that Bragais launched a fund-drive for fellow Bicolanos.

In April, Bragais lent his talent to support the frontliners and regional hospital units in his hometown. "I have raised more than P211,000 for our frontliners in Bicol."

Bragais, the official shoe designer of the prestigious Bb. Pilipinas beauty pageant, said that he donated items to Bicol such as aerosol boxes, gallons of alcohol, face shields, raw mats, face masks, and personal protective equipment (PPE) suits.

Bragais also mounted a fund-drive for his employees affected by the health pandemic.
