Goddes Hope Libiran has sweet response for Angelica Panganiban's cryptic tweet

Transportation Assistant Secretary Goddes Hope Libiran answered Angelica Panganiban's cryptic tweet which was apparently aimed at President Duterte.

"Ano ang plano? Tulog na lang? Kilos kilos naman para sa sinumpaan para sa bayan at mga pilipino â€¦" Angelica tweeted.

On Nov. 1, the hashtag #NasaanAng Pangulo became a top trend on Twitter as Duterte seemed to be missing in action at the height of Typhoon Rolly. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque clarified that Duterte was in his hometown in Davao City.Â Â Â

Angelica's tweet garnered mixed reactions from netizens who are mostly supporters of Duterte. Among those who responded to her tweet was Transportation Assistant Secretary for Communications and Commuter Affairs Goddes Hope Libiran who reposted a screenshot of Angelica's tweet on Facebook.

"Ma'am, wala pa nga po kami halos tulog.

"Alam n'to po ba ang dapat ginagawa kung may nararanasang kalamidad ang bayan? BAYANIHAN po, hindi HILAAN PABABA.
