Jay-R Siaboc claims he has not received winnings from 'Pinoy Dream Academy'

People are now running out of funds no thanks to the ongoing pandemic.

Among those feeling the pinch is musician Jay-R Siaboc.

He is now hoping past luck would allow for a bit of windfall amid trying times.

Taking to Facebook, Jay- R revealed his hopes of receiving his prizes as first runner-up winner of "Pinoy Dream Academy" in 2006.

He wrote, "Nung Nag 1st runner up (ako) sa PDA (Pinoy Dream Academy) kasama sana sa premyo (ko) ay condominium at franchise ng Belgian Waffle, pero sad to say both di (ko) natanggap... di (ko) alam kung makukuha (ko) pa ba to, pro sana."

He added, "Sa panahon ngayon na WALA tayo trabaho di maiwasan maalala ang mga bagay na sa tingin moy dapat sana ay sa iyo. Well, Panginoon na lang cguro ang bahala at nakakaalam.. God Bless & Be safe sa lahat!!!"

Jay-R didn't mention names but everyone knows ABS-CBN aired "Pinoy Dream Academy."

Seemingly fearing the possibility of backlash, Jay-R made clear in a separate post:

"WALA po akong intension na makasakit or maka-offend ng kahit sino. Simple lng po gusto (ko). Nagbabakasakali lng po (ako)."

As to those who have reacted negatively on his post, he said: "Pakiusap lang po mag-research muna kayo bago po kayo manghusga, wag tau magsalita kung WALA tau masyado alam."
