Sandara Park shows support for Minzy's 'Lovely' Tagalog version

South Korean star Sandara Park has nothing but good words for her former girl group mate Minzy, who recently launched a solo career in the Philippines.

Sandara, 36, who first rose to fame in the country as a contestant on the talent show "Star Circle Quest" in 2004, congratulated Minzy who started her career with the popular South Korean pop group 2NE1.

"Ang galing!!!!!! Minzy’s Lovely tagalog version!!!!!!!! Sobrang bagay ang boses nya and ung lyrics sa kantang ito~ nagustuhan nyo ba?! Hehehe suportahan natin ang bunso namin," Sandara wrote as the caption as she shared the poster of Minzy.

Few days ago, Minzy, 26, released the music video for the Tagalog version of “Lovely” on YouTube under Viva Music Publishing, Inc. Mikee Misalucha wrote the Tagalog lyrics for the song.

In 2016, Minzy embarked on a solo career with “Ninano,” which placed at the US Billboard World Charts. She followed it up with “Uno,” which earned her another Billboard World Albums chart nod, peaking at the No. 2 spot.
